old debts

My account wont let me bid because i owe on old ones and I was wondering how I can either pay them off or get them removed|||Two questions. 1. is this a posting ID? How many unpaid items items did you have? I did a search on this id and it was not found. Smart sellers will report unpaid items to ebay. When you get 4 unpaids, ebay removes you permantently. Unpaids get a lot of email from the sellers and ebay so there'sno excuse for not paying in a timely manner.|||Sellers can block buyers w unpaid items recorded on their account even if they don't have enough to be removed by ebayIt may not be your fault but it is your responsibility Silver rule "do not do to others what you would not like to be done to you"|||How old are the "old ones?"|||I did a search on this id and it was not found. He has no feedback history of course, for the past 12 months.
