I didnt recieved my item

Hello, im brazilian , and my english is not so good... i bought an item about 4 mounths ago.... the seller send it to me, but it stops on custumers..... they send it back to the seller, who told me that would refound me... and asnwer all my emails.... when my item arrived in USA.... and the seller recieved it.... he didnt refound me and dont aswer my emails...... im trying to contact ebay, to they help me, but when i tried to contact them i cant find a way to send them an email..... because it says that i dindt buy anything but i have emails to prove it like this one ... Why did you have an "unpaid item case" opened, did the seller refund you, or did you take a long time to pay? If you funded your PP payment with a credit card they might be of help, but ebay's out of the picture. Sorry you got a bad seller but it's between you and him now. ~James~
