Need Help----- Must Cancel PP Payment

I need help to cancel an unclaimed PP payment (which was paid with a credit card). I logged in- clicked pp account and clicked history subtab There is NO cancel option in the Order status/Actions column. How can I cancel the payment?|||Look here Link Link|||Curious, why is the payment unclaimed? Do not at the seller's urging pay via another method of payment. If it is unclaimed because the seller is new and has not set up their Paypal acct properly to accept all forms of payment, DO NOT pay via another unsafe form of payment.
