Bad seller??? help?
I recently paid for an item from a new ebayer (new as in under 30 days and 0 feedback) and I have not recieved the item. Everything seemed fine to begin with; the seller responded to my questions, told me they shipped the item, left feedback, etc. I have not recieved the item, and I now see that the seller has a -2 feedback score and both of them say the seller didn't send the item, and one even said they paid for the item twice. Am I going to get my item, or do I get ready to file a claim? I have never had to do this, and I was hoping I never would. The seller said they sent the item approx. 5 days ago I believe, and has not responded to my inquiries since then. Like I said I have never done this.|||You need to go to the "Resolution Center". The icon is in the right hand corner of the screen. Click on "contact us". Follow the instructions. It's easy to navigate through.
