One Click Buy it Now?

When trying to snipe some listings, is there any option for one click buy it now? ....eBay has put in the 1 click bid, but dont see anything for buy it now. Thinking it's not here as an option through eBay, but thought I would ask. Thanks!|||Um, well if the seller has placed a Buy It Now option on the listing, then yes. You only need click the BIN button and you have purchased the item, unless Immediate Payment Required was also set up in which case you also have to to to Paypal(or whatever other electronic payment method the seller uses) and pay for the item or you still haven't bought it. But otherwise, obviously not.|||But if it is a bid-only auction, avoid using the 1-click button, it's worthless for sensible bidding.~James~|||BIN has always been a 2-click process (unless, as OSP said, IPR is used). You click BIN then you have to confirm. There is no need to cut it down to one click. Thee are already too many buyers out there that like to say they used BIN "on accident." Since it a 2-click process, that is impossible.|||But if it is a bid-only auction, avoid using the 1-click button, it's worthless for sensible bidding. I totally agree. I think Ebay put it in there hoping people would start bidding wars again. Bid once, bid your max.|||Maybe the OP meant 1-click ordering like the River has? Buy now with 1-click®.~James~|||Yes, ...one click, im losing lots of listings on BIN, within seconds ...the 2 extra load screens and logging into paypal each time could yield me 25% more wins. I dont think it's out there, --Without require immediate payment - is BUY IT NOW, and COMMIT TO BUY on next screen, pretty easy. --WITH require immediate payment --its these i lose alot, ....because you never know just how fast paypal will login etc, its 4 load screens. Sometimes i get to last step, after logging in and need to confirm payment and lose the when it says "item no longer available, meaning i lost it within seconds"|||I'm in discussion with outsourced script web based scripts to scan based on my requirements and show all relevant info I need to make a decision (feedback, description, item spec price w/ shipping) and within one click, does the rest for me as fast as a PC can do .....||||||Whoops! Wrong guess, just a few hundred iphones...??? ~James~

Ebay removed listings after I paid

I received notice that ebay removed several listings from a seller I had already paid. The email said to file with Paypal right away. I did so and selected item not received and added a note to the seller that ebay had removed the listing and advised me to file the dispute. I received the items today and they were SNAD (silver plated, not .925 silver as listed) Now I cannot contact the seller as I have no listing to get their info from. Should I go ahead and change my dispute from item not received to SNAD? Thanks.|||On this you should speak to paypal to change the dispute from INR to SNAD. Go to their Contact Us link on the PP website. Only a PP rep can help you do that. The item # is in the transaction details in your PP.~James~

Should I pay seller for shipping back and close case?

1. I returned an item (not as described) to seller on his request. The seller asked me for more money for repairs, so I opened a case. Now the seller only wants to charge me $22 for shipping it back to me. Should I pay for the shipping? 2. The seller said he couldn't use his paypal unless I close the case. Should I close the case? (I am afraid of receiving the item not as described again.|||I'm sure James (the most helpful and knowledgeable poster) will reply to you soon. Or someone else who can assist you. It would help if you could provide an auction number and more details.|||Am I understanding correctly ...you received an item not as described, sent it back to seller, they fixed it and want $22.00 to send it back to you? I would NOT close the case.Since I haven't sold in quite a while, will wait for someone to come along who is up on this stuff to answer your other question.|||Here's the auction .... Link OP already left a neg for seller.|||The seller asked me for feedback, so I left him a negative feedback...|||It is a long story: 1. I received the iphone on 06/25/2010 without charger . I told the seller but he suggested me to pay him $30 for the charger and other items. The iphone was not "used" until this Monday, 07/12/2010, until I received an ipod charger, when I learned that iphone that couldn't be used in any sense.! 2. He said refund is impossible and asked me to return it to him to fix. 3. I mailed it back on Wednesday, 07/14/2010 (cost $18.**). Then the seller charges me for repairs because I 'got the mailing adhesive on the top of the iPhone' , which is not true! I was so angry that I opened the case. 4. He called me several times and promised to give me a good iphone, but asked $22 for shipping. I paid... 5. He said paypal charges his money for the case and asked me to close the case.|||One thing make sure you have a claim and not just a dispute and do not close it until you win or made whole. If you close you can not open it up again for anything SNAD INR no reason will reopen it. So if the phone arrives and is defective and you closed the case you can not open it up again so be sure it is good as after this point if it arrives and does not work and the case is closed you can not file again. Also make sure you escalate to a claim from a dispute before the dispute is closed and found in the favor of the seller by default if you have not already done so. It happens all the time sellers drag it out and the buyer did not escalate in time.|||"when I learned that iphone that couldn't be used in any sense.!" Why couldn't it be used?|||DO NOT close the SNAD dispute! Your seller is stalling you and trying to ditch the dispute and you will get nothing! IF you properly used delivery confirmation as required by Ebay/Paypal then give Ebay the D/C # proving return and request a full refund. NO Way, should you be paying a dime more for this deal! If you filed with Ebay, please read this link and follow the procedure for getting your refund. Link You have already left your seller a NEG, so they have absolutley NO incentive to help or play fair at this point.Escalate from a dispute to a claim now , give D/C # , request refund (item price and original S&H paid) from Ebay's Buyer Protection.|||"He said refund is impossible and asked me to return it to him to fix." This is pure rubbish!|||"I returned an item (not as described) to seller on his request. The seller asked me for more money for repairs, so I opened a case. Now the seller only wants to charge me $22 for shipping it back to me. Should I pay for the shipping? " NO do not do it! "2. The seller said he couldn't use his paypal unless I close the case." Again, pure rubbish! Should I close the case? (I am afraid of receiving the item not as described again." You are very correct to worry and NO should not close the dispute. Escalate to a claim, provide required proof of rturn to the seller and demand a full refund (item price and the original S&H). DO NOT close the case, unless you have a full refund, in hand.|||Because your seller has only 22 feedback (under 100) and NO track rcord for selling, Paypal is holding your payment. That is WHY the seller wants you to close the case. DO NOT close. Escalate, provide proof of the return and get your refund. You should have NO further email /communication with the seller at this point! All communication at this point should be with, who ever you filed the dispute with Either Ebay OR Paypal to get your refund.|||Thank you for all your suggestions I won't trust this guy any more! Does anybody know how to get the money (I paid him $22 last night for shipping) back? Thanks again!||||||I tried everything I could do, but I could see nothing on the screen but the apple logo......

can't start a case

I paid for an item 15 days ago and have also contacted the seller with no response. During the bidding process I contacted her and she was totally nice and completely responsive. Now, not so much. So I went to the resolution center to open a case and it replied with "We're sorry there's a problem with this purchase.Unfortunately, PayPal reports that we can't open a case for this item. You can try to work out this problem by contacting the seller." Why does paypal say we can't open a case? And what do I do now?|||Auction number? How did you pay? Was it thru the Ebay auction or via the seller sending a "Send Money Request" via Paypal?|||"I paid for an item 15 days ago and have also contacted the seller with no response." Has it been 15 business days (no weekends or holidays counted) since payment was made ? Was it an instant payment or an E-Check? You could also call Paypal and try to get an answer 1-888-221-1161 You could also pull your seller's contact info (phone #) and give them a quick call. Look here Link|||Do you have a case open in pp on this item?It may not be your fault but it is your responsibility Silver rule "do not do to others what you would not like to be done to you"

Buyer damaged my coin then claimed on it

I sent a perfectly good coin to a US buyer.............he said it was not what he wanted so I said ok send it back............when it came back he had scratched it, thus it now has no value!!!!!! Ebay/Paypal refused my claim against the buyer and I notice there seems to be no course of action available when this happens........................so thanks Ebay for taking a lot of fees off me in the past and not supporting me!!!!! I use the word 'past' as I ain't dealing anymore with Ebay/Paypal.........|||Sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, this is a common thing on eBay now and the site allows it. Most commonly this happens with electronics ex: buyer has a broken one, buys a new one on eBay, claims it arrived broken, sends back broken original one for refund + keeps new electronic (my posting ID)

I didnt recieved my item

Hello, im brazilian , and my english is not so good... i bought an item about 4 mounths ago.... the seller send it to me, but it stops on custumers..... they send it back to the seller, who told me that would refound me... and asnwer all my emails.... when my item arrived in USA.... and the seller recieved it.... he didnt refound me and dont aswer my emails...... im trying to contact ebay, to they help me, but when i tried to contact them i cant find a way to send them an email..... because it says that i dindt buy anything but i have emails to prove it like this one ... Hi acacionune84, Thanks for your payment! The unpaid item case for New Unlocked Google Nexus One Phone Android HTC GSM 1 is now closed, and won't be recorded on your account. New Unlocked Google Nexus One Phone Android HTC GSM 1 Item # :170455730714 End time:Mar-16-10 15:15:08 PDT Seller:skyproductsonline Case opened:Sunday, Mar 21, 2010 02:08:16 PDT does anyone knows how can I contact ebay to they help me? thank you|||I'm sorry to say that after 45 days ebay and Paypal's protection, your ability to file a dispute, is gone. Why did you have an "unpaid item case" opened, did the seller refund you, or did you take a long time to pay? If you funded your PP payment with a credit card they might be of help, but ebay's out of the picture. Sorry you got a bad seller but it's between you and him now. ~James~

how can I pay for multiple items?

How can I pay for multiple items?|||If the items are all from the same seller, Fixed Price, with Immediate payment required, email seller and ask for an invoice with the appropriate shipping amount. If they don't require Immediate Payment, still email seller and ask them if they combine shipping (give a discount). Either way, you need to email seller.|||Fixed Price, with Immediate payment required can only be done one at a time,no combiningIt may not be your fault but it is your responsibility Silver rule "do not do to others what you would not like to be done to you"|||If you win multiple items from one seller click pay now on one and they all should show up on the page-place a check mark next to each item and either click request invoice of if total is correct payIt may not be your fault but it is your responsibility Silver rule "do not do to others what you would not like to be done to you"
